Located next to the bar at Hotel Village is an organically grown herb and edible garden. Plants were selected based on the bar menu and the bar menu was inspired by locally grown, seasonal herbs and fruits. Guests sit next to the garden, smell the herbs, see bartenders select ingredients fresh from the garden, and mix a drink. Garden to drink so to speak!
